Pruchase, Postage & Delivery
The postage and packing total on the PayPal shopping cart pages may be zero. Don't worry - the P&P total has already been added to the frame(s) total price - it's just how our site integrates with PayPal.
Post and packing costs are calculated per frame rather than per order.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to order from this site. Follow the relevant instructions on the PayPal checkout page.
Delivery Locations:
Customers from the UK and the EU can order from our website. Customers from other parts of the world should contact us prior to placing an order to arrange delivery. Unfortunately there are some countries to which we can not ship.
Delivery Times:
Please note that our framed prints are made to order.
Customers from the UK should allow 10 working days for delivery (although we are usually faster). Overseas customers should allow 28 days for delivery (but again, we attempt to ship orders as soon as possible).
Postage costs are given on the pull-down menus on order pages.
If you are not in when your order arrives, you may have to collect it from a sorting office or depot. (Couriers often give you one more chance to be in.)
We usually use courier companies to deliver our framed prints. If you notice that the packaging is unduly damaged or suspect that your frame has been damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us to arrange a replacement.
We’re confident that you will be extremely happy with your frame, but if for any reason you are not please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will either exchange the framed print, or give you a full refund. For exchanges and refunds we will arrange for the frame to be collected. It is your responsibility to ensure that the frame is adequately packaged and addressed and that someone is in when the frame is collected. A refund will only be given if the framed print is returned in good condition.
Our framed prints are packaged extremely well. Please take due care when opening / removing the packaging. Also bear in mind that the product is glazed, and if damage has occurred during transit, there may broken glass inside the box. (We should stress that this hasn't happened yet.)

The images of framed prints on the website have been generated by computer so that customers have some idea as to how the finished article will look. The appearance of the actual product may differ.
All sizes and measurements on this site are approximate.
Any tampering with or manipulation of this site in order to change prices or otherwise defraud will be reported to the police and to Paypal. If the incorrect amount is received for any product offered on this site then the transaction will not be honoured and funds will not be returned.
